Vinification: This orange wine is made with Gewürztraminer grapes, which sees maceration for 2 days on 15% of the cuvée, then that is blended with the press juices. No inputs, ambient yeasts, no added sulfites.
Tasting notes: This wine is unreal.
Notes of peach, plum, rose, lychee, accompanied by a remarkable length. Saline finish with a subtle touch of freshness.
