1. Supply of Liquor to Minors
   It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if you are under the age of 21 years old. It is illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if you are under the age of 21 years old, and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 21 years old.

2. Non-Sales of Alcohol to Muslims
   In accordance with Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) of the Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, all Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and consuming alcohol. Viners Club will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to any Malaysian Muslims.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment
   a. Viners Club reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
   b. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Viners Club. If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will contact you and advise you of the correct price, vintage, or recommend a suitable substitute.
   c. All goods remain the property of Viners Club until payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to limit any sale.

4. Minimum Order Quantity There is no minimum order quantity.

5. Delivery
   a.
   – Delivery area will be In West Malaysia ONLY. The delivery fee is RM15.
   – Any orders over RM400 will be entitled to free delivery within the klang valley area.

   b. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to Viners Club within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide your receipt number when contacting us.

    

6. Product and Packing Guarantees
   a. Damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and does not match your invoice, we will rectify the issue.
   b. Faulty products will be replaced or credited to your account.

7. Product Description and Information
   Please note that all product descriptions and information may not be 100% accurate. Tasting notes and alcohol by volume (ABV%) may vary depending on the vintage and sommelier’s experience and knowledge. The product image may also not be entirely accurate due to label or packaging changes by producers. If you have any doubts regarding a product, please contact us immediately.

8. Product Stock Level
   a. For bulk orders (usually more than 6 bottles and above), please check with us before making any payment to avoid insufficient stock. If an order is made while there is insufficient stock, a full refund will be provided, or you can choose to wait until the stock arrives (estimated time of arrival will be advised).
   b. For single product orders, occasionally, products on our website may be out of stock without prior notification. However, a full refund will be provided if the particular product is out of stock, and no charges will be incurred. Alternatively, you can wait until the stock arrives (estimated time of arrival will be advised).

9. Product Vintage
   Please note that product vintages may change without prior notification due to product batches.The vintage shown in product details might be out of date. Please contact Viners Club to check the specific vintage availability.

10. Pricing Information
    We make every effort to correctly display prices on this website. However, if a price is incorrect, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or canceling your order. Prices shown on each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging, which will be added to the bill.

11. Advertisements
    a. Viners Club endeavors to provide current and accurate information regarding promotions, “on sale” or “flyer” items on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other errors may occur. b. Viners Club reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also change the products, prices, fees, charges, specifications, promotional offers, and any other Website content without notice or liability.

12. Cancellation
    a. The customer has the right to cancel any order made at Viners Club. b. We will provide a full cancellation within 24 hours or immediately after the purchase. c. Viners Club reserves the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfill due to stocking issues or any errors that occur during the transaction within 24 hours as informed.

13. Indemnification
    You shall indemnify and hold Viners Club and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives, and agents harmless from any claim, cause of action, or demand, including reasonable legal, accounting, and other professional fees, arising from your use of the website.

14. Governing Law
    This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and administrative tribunals located in the City of Edmonton, in Penang, Malaysia, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website and these Terms and Conditions.

15. Severability
    These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
