  1. Delivery Policy
    1.1 Delivery Area: We offer delivery services within West Malaysia ONLY. Please note that we do not currently deliver to locations outside of West Malaysia.
    1.2 Delivery Fee: A delivery fee of RM15 will be charged for all orders within the designated delivery area.
    1.3 Free Delivery for Orders over RM400: For orders over RM400, free delivery will be provided within the Klang Valley area.

  2. Delivery Process
    2.1 Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order within 7-14days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the delivery location.
    2.2 Delivery Notification: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, we will notify you via email or phone with the necessary tracking details, if available.
    2.3 Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
    2.4 Delivery Receipt: Upon delivery, it is important to ensure that someone is available to receive the order. A signature may be required as proof of delivery. If you are unable to receive the delivery personally, you may appoint a representative to receive the order on your behalf. Please inform us in advance and provide the representative’s details.

  3. Return and Exchange Policy
    3.1 Returns and Exchanges: We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in good condition and meet your expectations. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may request a return or exchange within 24hours from the date of delivery.
    3.2 Return Process:
    a. Please contact our customer service team within the specified return period to initiate the return or exchange process.
    b. Provide details of the product, order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos) as required.
    c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with a return authorization if necessary.
    d. Once the return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
    e. Please ensure that the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
    f. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for eligible returns or exchanges will be borne by us.

  4. Refunds and Replacements
    4.1 Refunds: If a refund is approved for a returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
    4.2 Replacements: If you opt for an exchange, we will replace the returned item with a new one, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer you a suitable alternative or provide a refund, as per your preference.
