Giniversity Botanical GIN

Botanical Gin is made using handpicked botanicals that have been carefully chosen to reflect a unique native Australian recipe. Individually distilled and infused to create a distinctive aromatic style.

Pronounced botanicals include Juniper, Sandalwood, Boronia, Lemon Myrtle and Eucalypt.

Mixology: One part gin to two parts high quality tonic is recommended. Pour the gin over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with strawberries and rosemary.
