Douglas Laing’s Old Particular Tamdhu 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Tamdhu distillery is a staple here at Whisky Galore, however it’s not a brand we see particularly often independently bottled.  This expression, bottled by Douglas Laing and co has been bottled from a single refill Hogshead cask, resulting in a much lighter profile than we would usually see from this distillery.

Nose: Light And Creamy, With An Abundance Of Vanilla Pods, Toasted, Spiced Oak And Lashings Of Citrus And Cereal

Palate: Rich Creamy And Desserty With Notes Of Creme Caramel, Butterscotch Sweets And Spiced Apple Pie With Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

Finish: Long And Rather Sweet, With Notes Of Freshly Picked Strawberries, Shredded Coconut And Sweet Malty Biscuits.
