PRODUCTION
Soil: Silty clay soil and sandy with frequent outcrops of schistose rocks. Wine-making: Direct pressing and cool (10°C) settling for 48 hours. Slow fermentation at low temperature (17°) in stainless steel tank.
TASTING NOTES
Salmon dress with pronounced pink reflections. Fruits aromas with some floral notes. Wide, powerful and with a pleasant acidity is well balanced. It offers a fine flavor of Provence.
