All the know-how of the Pol Roger family is revealed in their ability to reproduce, year after year, a cuvée consistent in style and quality. Elegant and refined, the Brut Réserve is crafted as the perfect champagne for any occasion.
Blend & Origin
The Brut Réserve is composed in equal parts of the three noble grape varieties of Champagne—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay—sourced from 30 different crus, with 25% reserve wines enriching the complexity.
-
Pinot Noir – structure, body, and power (Montagne de Reims crus)
 -
Pinot Meunier – freshness, roundness, and fruitiness (Vallée de la Marne & Épernay)
 -
Chardonnay – finesse, elegance, and aromatic lightness (Épernay & Côte des Blancs)

Aged 4 years in Pol Roger’s deep cellars, the wine develops a style defined by balance, complexity, and distinction.
Vinification & Ageing
-
Grapes are delicately pressed immediately after harvest.
 -
Cold settling and fermentation at low temperatures preserve purity and freshness.
 -
Each grape variety and cru is vinified separately before blending.
 -
All wines undergo malolactic fermentation.
 -
Traditional hand riddling precedes disgorgement and dosage, with an additional 3 months’ rest before release.

Tasting Notes
Pol Roger Brut Réserve shows a golden-straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles.
-
Nose: Intense aromas of pear and mango, followed by honeysuckle, jasmine, vanilla, and brioche.
 -
Palate: A lively attack gives way to harmony and freshness. Flavours of quince jelly, apricot jam, and candied citrus are layered with beeswax, acacia honey, and delicate spice (cardamom, anise).
 -
Finish: Long, elegant, and beautifully balanced—both fruity and subtly spicy.
